Building reports are provided for informational purposes only. You should:

• Review reports carefully with qualified professionals
• Obtain independent advice before making property decisions
• Verify all information independently
• Not rely solely on inspection reports for purchase decisions

5. Inspector and Agent Services

InspectaCheck provides a platform for inspectors and agents but does not employ them. We:

• Verify inspector qualifications but do not guarantee their performance
• Are not responsible for inspector or agent actions or omissions
• Do not participate in agreements between users and inspectors/agents
• Cannot guarantee inspector availability or service quality

6. Payment and Fees

Certain services on InspectaCheck may require payment. You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your use of the service
• Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.
